Y'know, I've never had that, though I used to chew on the tree bark when I was a kid because it smelled *so* good.

Wish I knew where I could find some of that bark.. made a great tea and is very very good for you.

Tastes just like it smells, only more so. If it comes out right, I'll let you know. If I let you know, and you'd like a bottle, I'll hold one back for you. I would not hold back a bottle unless it comes out right and you'd like a bottle.

Actually, sassafras is what I was thinking of, it was everywhere when I was a kid. Do they taste the same, d'you know?

they taste just bout the exact, as Sasparilla is derived from Sassafras. It has a bit of a bite more added by a touch of licorice.
