I love this question. It would be Lazarus Long, father of my rebirth and rebuilding, brother of my philosophy.
I would love to go on a date with this man, to sit and sip some ol' Kentucky whiskey and talk about the times we've seen and the times that might have been. To look forward, to the stars and dream aloud at the daring deeds to be done. To wonder at the complexity and simplicity of women and the joys and frustrations with a male mind trying to understand the female mind and how wondrous it is that two dissimilar hearts ever find each other in the dark and offer comfort against the long lonely night.
