I'm semi off line for a while. I'm having some minor issues with my left arm, so my postings will be fairly brief. Just to let you know that I'm not ignoring you, I'm just not answering you.

But man, some heavy, heady questions... Not to mention soooo many new spirits around me. I'll be writing more tonight, just cuz.. I don't like getting behind, so owies be damned.

Here are some simple shoulder exercises that should help strengthen that up!

Be sure to alternate heat and ice for 15 minutes and that will help ease the irritation.

Yeah. I'm trained as a physical therapy tech... :)

Don't overdue the exercises. Maybe try one every hour and take 30 min to an hour to rest and start out at only 10 reps and work your way up.

This one: Horizontal Abduction Shoulder Stretch ; was the one that, 7 years ago, cause me to scream from the pain. It was a fun exercise, and I would have told you anything you wanted to know just to make it stop. Silly thing was, I was doing it to myself.

Those SUCK! I hate those! I had to do those too for my arthritis issues and also had to learn them for PT tech training but man I would make up colon problems just to leave the room while those were being done! There was no way!!

did it every day for 6 months.. That part is just find and dandy.. it's the elbow that still locks and doesn't let go.
