An update on Saturday

joegodaOooookay. Been a long time since posting, and there's been a lot of stuff going on in my life. Endings and beginnings galore! Lions and tigres and stuff like that, too.
Here's what the game plan is so far. For those who want to well-wish Shannon and me on our journey together, we plan on starting this shindig off at the Mayo hotel around 7 o'clock Pm this Saturday, the 19th of June. This means meeting in the Lobby of the hotel, which is really cool, whereas we will find a room, more than likely either the hotel museum or the entrance to the grand ballroom on the 15th floor, and there perform our brief but heartfelt ceremony extolling our love and commitment to each other.
From there, we'll adjourn to the hotel suite we booked for small refreshments and laughter and talk. It might be a bit small, depending on the number of folks that show up, but it'll be cozy.
The hotel is located at 115 W 5th St, Tulsa, OK. As it will be a Saturday, street parking is free, and the entrance is easily located.
Now, if you haven't received an invite, it's cause nothing formal was ever sent out. If you can read this and you're in driving distance you're invited. Don't feel pressured due to time and distance, okay?
OH. And if you feel like giving a gift of some sort (see, I don't know how these things work), please don't. However, if you'd like to make a monetary donation to offset the cost of the place, that would be most welcome, but not expected or required.
