joegodaTonight (Wednesday), the official ruling is for Shotguns at 41st and Garnett. The front door of Shotguns faces the front door of Bishops - Bishops used to be a Luby or something like that.
There's lots of places to eat in that area, all the way from Arby's across the street to Applebe's to the Delta Cafe, in case anyone wants to get a bite to eat before they imbibe. Or... maybe after they imbibe, depending on what's open at that time.
