To those in Kansas, but coming to Tulsa

BE Very Very careful! The storm has stalled over Tulsa for the last x number of hours. Even though the temperature remains above freezing, there are still alot of crazy folks driving on it. The accumulation has reached above 3 inches by my magic ruler dipped into the snow ontop of my van.
So... Just be careful!

Yep, sewfastdancer (Marjorie) texted me to say that Muskogee was getting creamed, and they were not part of the original snow forecast. And brotherwilliam (Riley) has been sending me pictures from Parsons.

And we have 4+ inches on the ground here in KC, and it's still coming down. But I am hoping that the trailing edge will finish coming through here this evening.

It's still snowing here, but very lightly. It's not sticking or accumulating on my Van window any more, so it's melting bout the time it sets down. I expect fair weather for your trip back home.

And I really don't think you had anything to do with this. March is the month where we get our most snow, when we get snow.

thankfully it is all melted here now. but if it freezes tonight... idk.

There are a bunch of people staying here at the castle because they closed the highways to get back to Tulsa.

Closed the highways?? Whata buncha weenies. It never even dropped below freezing! It's like when Tulsa closed their schools because there was 1/4 of an inch of snow on the ground. Sheeeesh.
