Oh, it will, Peddler. Not really sure what's going on, but it feels like my creative mind has run dry. I'm sure that's not true, and I'm sure there's just something distracting me.
I'll take that hug and raise you tea on the porch.
*gets a running start, followed by a flying leap and......
((((( huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugs ))))))
*grin* That might not help much, but hey, it might make you *smile*! *hee* I wish we could spend all day long just sitting on the couch talking our heads off!! SO MUCH catching up to do!!
I see you've been VERY busy writing while i was gone, and i'm just too busy to read (yours, or anybody's!) right now! GAH!! I wanna!! I don' wanna be a grown up today!! *raspberries on that*
Actually, honey, I haven't been very busy at all. I wish I had. It's sort of what I'm talking about. The things that I've been writing seem lifeless and a bit lacking in color and depth.
Yeah, I would love to sit and talk with you for hours and hours. I'm finding new places to go explore all the time! Next week, I plan on going to a little town in Kansas that has, aledgedly, the larges contiguous yellow brick road in the world. Course... that remains to be seen. It's all for research for this next Nano Book.
Huh. When i glanced at your stuff, i had to pass with great regret, a number of times, things that looked like story-telling.... It seemed like a lot of times, but then once seems like too many times to pass. I will come back and read them once i have time to focus properly. But it did look like you had been busy! Guess it's just that i hunger for your writings so much, eh? *grin*
You are going exploring in Kansas? How cool is that???!! Day trip? Over-nighter? Taking a friend? Meeting a friend there? What's the plan, eh? I'm glad you are going! Going is good! Returning is also good. *smile*
I probably wrote what appeared to be a lot. There were a lot of thoughts going through my head. I don't know if there was that much actual story written though.
There is a place in Kansas that bears a lot of weight in the next story about the Alternative Chester or the Aspect series. Sedan Kansas has, what I believe, is the worlds largest contiguous yellow brick road. Another town, just about 35 minutes away from it has one of the oldest steam powered foundries in this area. I don't think it exists there any more, tho. But I wanna see!
I think Sunday's KS trip is a great idea, and the more I think of it, the more I wanna come too.. So how's about we plan on it! Leave Sunday morning and hopefully get back in time for pub! Maybe make it a B,P & G adventure!
Hugs back, chum. Yeah... it'll pass. I just think this is one of those creative dry spells, more or less. Besides... when November gets here, I'll be writing a whole 'nuther story, so I have a feeling that I'll be right as rain by then.
