My memory begins to overload, and i begin to make my own errors. *snort* I do not remember anybody sending Kaylee the information, making the lie a continuation. Is that just me, or does that need to be brought out somewhere earlier??

Your last sentence here.... no!! The orphanage was Kaylee's idea, Laura told Wells this earlier. So while she may not know what her ma did before that, she surely doesn't think of it as a forever and ever thing. SHE started it. Laura was living off money from her aunt, no apologies. No reason why Kaylee should question her mother's past.
