Better days...

Had a lovely dinner tonight with Susi, and I actually ate spinach. Yeah, that cooked green blob of kelp looking stuff that got me banned from watching Popeye for a week because I would not eat it as a child. Time to try new stuff.

We figured out her printer problems. There's really 2 of them. One is that you can't load a right loading printer from the left and the second is that the vellum envelopes were just thick enough that sometimes the flap got stuck during the feeding and gave the durn HP printer constipation.

Hoping that the changes I'm making in my life enable me to sleep better tonight. It's not that things were so bad, it's just that things needed to be fixed. Ain't that the way of life though?

I've started to NOT take my cell phone with me when I go somewhere and it's my day off. I can't think of any life threatening situation that would occur that would need my immediate attention. Just another thing that needed fixing. Everybody in the world is fine, far as I can see, and there's not much I could to help anyway. If you really need me, leave a message, I'll get to it eventually.

I'm glad you had a good time! I'm so proud of you for eating your spinach. For me it's easy, I hated it as a child and now it's one of my favorites. I'm glad you are taking care of you.

I did have a good time, and the spinach was fresh, not out of a can. Perhaps that's the difference. I'm takin care of me, dear. Tain't nobody else that can, you know. Sides, all you folks are so busy, I'm amazed some of you have time at all.
