All excellent points, and yes, while Justin's study is very large, and does take up a goodly portion of the first floor and the second floor... you'd be surprised at what people DON'T notice. Granted, your points are valid... I'll have to think on this for a bit. (By the way, the automobile in Jonathan's workroom bears remarkable resemblance to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. At least in my head. and yes, there is an exit where it can be moved outside. Just not in the text yet.)
