Sitting here on my day off and feeling the "I don't knows" of what I want to do. I tried writing, and that was not too bad... probably knocked out 3 or so hundred words, but still not what I was into. Thought about TV.. but nothing good was on. Not even "Bride of Chucky" caught my interest. Surfing the web is only so good, and I've already got the plans for my still in my head and the beginnings of a Musical based on Jonathan Coulton's music (with his permission!)

I'm thinking I'll base it on the Geek that Coulton was before becoming paid to play. The songs he writes are about being a bit different anyway, so the story line would lend itself well to a musical based upon the daydreams, successes and failures of a cube-rat.

Anyway... I'm thinkin that I may just go down to the river tonight, now that I have a running van and a bit o' money to feed it with. There's there's this place called The Rivers Edge Bistro and Cafe I've been wanting to check out. They serve what they call 'Park Fare' which is Nachos, burgers, sandwiches... stuff like that. Oh, and Tim, they serve beer. They also have live music, but I don't know who is on the menu for them.

So... I'm thinkin that in a bit I'll just head down to the river. Bout 15th and Riverside. Just to see what's there. Might be a bit less expensive alternative to the Riverwalk, and it's right off the BA, more or less.. maybe a mile or two downstream. That's south to ya'll.

But knowing me, I might not. I might just sit here at home and think about it some more. That's what we call productive non-productivity.

Then again....
