And now... the news in review.

And on the third day... I did laundry.

Well.. I had lunch first. Christina of that Tennessee place decided that we would have lunch. We at at the Ale Haus on the Riverwalk (Some of you have noticed how it grows on you... like moss). I had the Irish Beef Stew, and she had some soup made from beer. It was very, very good, and a wonderful lunch. Unfortunately, where I like to go walking in the sunshine, she found it too hot and decided to go home or some place interesting and cool.

Wonder, wonder, wonder Wash! Easy as a bridge (Hey Tim! After all these years, I finally get that joke!), faster than beatin' 'em with a stone.

Two dozen socks (that's 12 pair) and a pair of jeans (that's like... 2 jeans... you know, 2 pair of jeans or 4 jeans. Why do we call blue jeans a pair when there's only one of them? Am I missing something here? I mean, there are two legs, so I guess that's a pair... Okay, I did four legs of jeans.) It took me maybe an hour total, including hanging up to dry. Of course, I don't have a dryer, but I'm thinking....

Well, that's not true. I have 8 socks, that's 4 pair, hanging on my spin dryer, which also helps to keep the air cool.

Anyway... it was much easier than I thought, and it probably did as good as the laundry mat, if not better, cuz it was cheap. It used much less water than I expected, too. Now, I'm about to do some shirts with hand made laundry soap. Yeah, I wondered if I could do it. Believe it or not, there are recipes on that Internut thang!

I can haz cleen cloz!
Anyway, general consensus in my household is two thumbs up! Two really, really clean thumbs up. and yes, it's available for borrowing. Keep in mind, you will need access to hot water. Not boiling, boiling = bad = too hot. Just hot, like 120 to 150, the same temperature to get yeast working good in making bread.

Thanks, Capi, Wonder, wonder, wonder Sis o'mine!

Your stream of consciousness can be awfully hard on a swimmer, but it's fun to watch the struggle from the bank :)

Hmmmmm. You know, I know that there's times when I'm kinda hard to follow. Reckon that's why I tend to walk by myself. Still, it's the only road I know, to mix a metaphor. How's things up there, Bill? Still doing movies? Ready to shoot "Sid, the Ombudsman of Hell?" Tim and I have the story line... all we need is a story board and s script. Oh, actors and things like that would be nice... but what if we did it all Virtual? Make a game out of it? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
