The Knife edge of my life
Mar. 5th, 2012 08:57 pmNo.. seriously.. to think that death is something horribly tragic. How ridiculous. The only thing tragic is the act of dying and the response of the living, who carry on afterward. And the living are only tragic because... now get this... THEY CAN'T LET GO. Really. Think about it. The dead, well, they're dead. They've moved on, metaphorically, metaphysically and hey, maybe even spiritually. The living, though. Man, talk about whiny butts who can't get it through their heads that it's time to give up control of something that can't be controlled anyway.

Just know that I love you. With a capital L. And that kids, is all I have to say about that for right now. I don't expect you to get it or to understand where all this is coming from or even to have a response of any kind.
But really, just know that, no matter where you go, no matter what you do, no matter how pissed off I may get at where you go and what you do, I will Love you. With all my heart. Because that's the only way to do it, in my book.
