I think, for me, it was just junk food. I had a bottle of pepsi and some cheese puffs last night. Total dreck on the food-chain, and it just does icky things to me. But hey, it was a craving. Shoulda done hot tea and popcorn, which would have done just as well. It's ninety percent passed.

Hugs to you as well, Missy! I've had two folks go through a colonoscopy. It's a pretty standard thing, just a pain in ... well, you know where. Cool thing is that you get 8X10 glossies of the procedure. Or, at least I did.

Yep, I think that's exactly what it was, Sis. Junk food do not go well with my *ahem* finely tuned body. I'm feeling mucho betterer, and am drinking lots of water to get this ick out of my body. Tonight, though, we drive to Provo! Yay!

It comes and goes. I think, not only did I try to poison myself with cheetos, but my right ear, which I blew out three years ago, is causing me all sorts of problems. Darn air pressure!
