In unrelated news...

I woke the van up today. I had charged the battery up yesterday, thinking a low battery might have been the cause. I did notice that the sides of the battery were bulging a bit. I think I may get a new one. I dropped the battery in the van and cranked and cranked and still it didn't catch. Until I put my foot on the break pedal. Sort like turning on the headlights to check if the battery has juice. It was pre-meditated, and the second the break lights came on, the engine started. Go figure...

It's just like magic...
Only different.

You're a genius!

Maybe. We'll see. Does luck, sufficiently advanced enough, appear as genius to the rest of the world?

I remember you saying that you were having problems just like I was, where it would crank but not catch. There might be a short in the system. Besides me, that is. Definitely not injector related, tho.

Pshaw. Simple physics. I suspect there may be a sensor out of whack somewhere. It seems to me, though I might be wrong, that there are some autos that do not start if you don't have your foot on the break. This might be a case of that. I dunno. I may have to check deeper, if it concerns me.
