Ah, I realized after posting that I was thinking of the Fitz' Railroad Bar which used to be just up and a block west from the old Payless Cashways building (when it was on the other side of the street.) It used to have trains running around the top of the room and very cool old bar...rasty old bar but such wonderful ambiance, old history and old props all over the place.
Used to go there with the folk from Payless corporate when I worked there...back in the dark ages!
