Anyway, my chum, Tim and I were talking. We want to create writer's round table. More than just the three of us, Sherry, him and me. We're talking bout a place, possibly the Yum Chinese buffet with Mongolian barbque, because they serve food AND beer. Which, of course means that it will require folks to actually show up for discussion. But then again, if nobody else shows up, we'll just continue to talk about books and writing and characters and stuff like that. And of course, be goofy ol' us. Anyone that wants to is free to join. It's not like we've not asked anyone to show up at our pub meetings. Heck, were it up to me, I'd come and personally drive anyone there if they wanted. But unfortunately, it requires time, distance and other Einsteinian concepts.

Is this the one at 21st and Garnett? Cause it is *certainly* yummy and has a mongolian buffet, did not know they served, beer, but it wouldn't surprise me, and they have *really* yummy eggroll varieties. I *really* could justify a writer's round table with my crew, especially since I am actually writing now. (nope, haven't posted anything on live journal yet, but I am even having characters develop and talk to me and all sorts of fun stuff, yay!)

Timing is pretty important, it looks like Saturdays from after noon and if I could make it home by seven are completely free, however, beyond that, I need to work around the kids schedules.

Well.. see... the one Tim mentioned is down the strip from PB. And saturday wouldn't work for me, cuz I work till 6 pm on saturdays. As for beer, Tim says the one by him does, so I can't speak for any other one. Hmm... you might talk to him about it. I'm just tossing out ideas.

well I am going to have to work this one into my schedule so other than tuesday afternoons and thursday afternoon I pretty much have some flexibility. I certainly wouldn't want to do it on a day that you could never make it and as my schedule is *much* more flexible than yours is, we will have to veto saturdays.
