Stoopid Monkeys

You would think, or at least I would, that when maintenance folks replace heater filters, they would be smart enough NOT to disconnect the wires that keep the fan running. You know? The fan? The thing that pushed warm air through vents that keeps the place heated?

Apparenlty mine don't. When they replaced the filters, they tore the wire nuts off the wires that connect the fan to power, and separated the wires from each other. That meant that the fan decided not to run. Go figure.

Fortunately I'm smarter than most maintenance folks, and thought "Hmm.. these wires aren't connected. Let's see.. blue to blue.. white to white." Stoopid monkeys. Rocket science? Nope. Logic? Yeah, that's the ticket. Leaving the wires torn apart so that the fan wouldn't work? Stooooooooooooopid.

Am I gonna mention it when I pay my rent? You betcha! There might be some old folk or people with small children in this apartment complex who also lost their ability to push warmed air around their apartments.

Morons shouldn't breed.

But they do.

It's now 1:30, 40 degrees outside, and I'm going to bed where it's warm.

It must be heater karma time (grin) AND yes, do report this to the landlords, that could be serious for single mom's and kids.
hugs

Eh, I dunno bout karma, but I do know about Stoopid monkeys. And these guys were stooooooooopid. It would be like a mechanic breaking something in your car and not telling you, just so that you would have to take it back to him. I really don't like shoddy work.
