What movie did the phrase "No hurry, worry, Oscar" come from?

Edit:
I just got a flash.. An oriental was performing acupuncunture on Oscar's wife. The man was a but nervous about it. That's when he said "No Hurry, Worry, Oscar" -- I'm getting closer to the answer! Soon as I recognise the man in my memory, I'll have it by gum. I think it's Michael Keaton, but somehow I think I'm thinking wrongly.

No, but it very well could have. See, I remember the phrase, but not the movie. It was said by an oriental, I think, Human in form. Good guess though.

you may be right with Keaton, the movie where he was dieing of cancer, and wife made him go to an alternate medical place with an Asian doctor. But who was Oscar, the doctor or Keaton...it almost sounds like something out of a Jackie Chan movie.???? Did you put it on search?
