Actually, water is itself comprised mostly of empty space. The molecules and the atoms and the protons and electrons and gluons and anti protons and etc., etc., etc. are just not dense enough. It is what makes water fluid. In fact, even if water were as stable and solid as granite, it would still be mostly empty space. Even Diamond is pretty much nothing at all.

The power part.... ah, sis. That would never be in dispute.
