It's wonderful to find things like that. We have some of my grandma's things and they mean so much to us.
As for the recipes I do hope you will consider sharing some of the especially good ones. I'm sure you think they're all good, but you know what I mean. ;)
And yes, a wonderful place to start would be with the bavarian strawberry pie. That just sounds yummy! Just like something I'm not allowed to eat, but I really want to.
